How do I use Microsoft Outlook 2000/2003 to check POP E-mail?
To Set Up Your E-mail Account in Microsoft Outlook

Step 1

Double click on the Microsoft Outlook 2000/2003 icon on your Windows desktop.
Go to tools menu select E-mail account

Step 2:

Select Add a new e-mail account under E-Mail.
Click next.

Step 3:

Select Connect to a POP3 e-mail server to download your email, under POP3.
Click Next.

Step 4:

Give your name and email id under the User Information.
Give mail.yourdomainname.com both in the Income and outgoing mail server under Server Information.
Give the Email id In the Username and apply the password under the Logon Information.
Click More settings.
